Neil Tabor, an awkward inventor has created a device that will change the ways of espionage as we know it. With Neil's reluctance to sell his invention to the C.I.A, Neil finds himself constantly hounded by this organization while trying to find inspiration for a new invention. When things can't get much worse Neil's world is thrown upside down when a beautiful and mysterious woman saves his life. Neil is suddenly taken on surreal and comical journey through the highs and lows of dating.
