The death of a young officer was conveniently buried in the files by ending the investigation with the result 'suicide'. Throughout this process, infringement of human rights by the government, unscrupulous intellectuals who praise these government policies, journalists who are chasing after sensational stories rather than investigating the truth, judicial departments trying to cover up for the Defense Department by handing out rulings that contradict each other, and the US army troops stationed in Korea quietly trying to cover up the mess although they know the details of the incidents, are all shown in the film. - from SIFF
