With no chance for political asylum, and the ongoing war in their home country as dangerous as ever, the Liberian couple Jusu and Lorpu can only extend their U.S. visit in one way: by finding Lorpu an American husband. But when this new man falls in love with Lorpu, her husband Jusu's eyes are opened to the risks of the American way of life.
