When down and out drug dealer, Rhodes (Rick Smith), finds himself at the end of his rope. He struggles to find out why he`s still hanging on. As he sets upon his daily routine of drugs, sex and money. He soon realizes his days are numbered and the only one he can turn to is his favorite prostitute, Claudia (Diane Dehn). Fearing for their lives Rhodes sets out on a deadly rampage with Claudia`s safety his only concern.
