Ratan, a fisherman, dreamed of a sand bed in the river while sleeping and finds it real the next day. All the fisherman whose land were gone by river erosion were excited at this. When the local landlord Talukder knows about the sand bed, he plans to take the whole portion. Nader comes back to the village who left the village murdering while robbing. Rahim takes him to Talukder. Talukder assures him not to be worried about murder case and asks him to convince the villagers to sell their lands to him. Nader goes to his home freely and learns the trick of Talukder from his son Ratan. Nader realized to stop Talukder and goes to river bed along with his son and the villagers.
