Newman, a young man who was recently in a car accident finds himself suffering from memory loss. But he also starts to have very vivid dreams, all of them circulating around a particular girl. More to his confusion, Newman has a strange new affinity towards anything related to boats and the ocean. He feels out of control, defined by a past he can't fully remember, and driven by an obsession he doesn't understand. And just when he's feeling most lost, he thinks he sees the girl from his dreams walking down the street.
