The sequel to 1988's Order of the Eagle (1989), Mr Quill (Frank Stallone) has moved into the restaurant business and has some very secret recipes, only problem is he's lost them, by the way he stole them first, his main man has to get them back, but Billings, a boycott and Freddy.
