In a train from Sarajevo to Zagreb, looking at the landscape of the foreign country from a window, I somehow felt nostalgic and a question crossed my mind. "What is my first memory?" Could the primitive memories be found and shared in human beings? If the collective memories exist in us as what is inherited , I would like to know what it is like and capture them by camera and soundrecorder. サラエボからザグレブまで行く長距離列車の車窓から見える異国の景色を見ながら、なぜか懐かしい気持ちになった。 ふと、「じぶんの一番最初の記憶はなんだろう」という疑問が湧いた。 原初の記憶は共有されえるのか、集団的な記憶は存在するのか。 カメラとレコーダーを媒介として、思い出せるようで思い出すことのできない始まりの記憶を巡りたい、その先にいる大事な何か（誰か）を見つめてみたい。 そんなことをつらつらと考えていると、この映画になった。
