As if the sudden accidental death of her husband Lothar were not fate enough, the good housewife Gila Maibach is confronted with the next "surprise" when the will is opened: There is an unknown co-heiress for her beloved house, in which she spent many happy years of marriage with Lothar . First of all, Gila and her best friend, the cheeky Franziska, are firmly convinced that the young florist Maja Deutz is the deceased's lover.
