Tessa, working as a successful plastic surgeon, opens her private clinic. She seems to be at the eve of what will be a glorious continuation of her career. As a woman, she is thriving in every respect: smart, professional, happily married and with an intelligent adolescent son. But appearances deceive, because Tessa is lonelier than ever.
