There is an old man who is 93 years old. He was born in ‘The City in the Water’ and spent his entire life there. He always sits under the zelkova tree by the lake but he does not look at the lake. He looks to the other side. There are mountains, walls, and roads. Another person looks at him, puzzled. One day, he stares for a long time at one spot in the lake the house where he was born. The exploration into the city in the water begins with the story of the old man.
