An arrogant and egotistical investigative reporter goes deep under cover to infiltrate a southwest coastal motorcycle club. He is determined to expose the dark secret under belly of this counter culture and reap the attention and rewards for himself. Setting in motion a complicated ruse, he probes for headline provoking flaws.
