Stillwater, a quaint small town by a lake, is forever changed when a morphing water shape creature starts appearing out of pipes and faucets during a hot summer, to feed off water and minerals from humans bodies and animals alike. The town is placed under quarantine. Facing the problem of water and food, young Lisa and Michael, his families, the town and a group of scientists, confront the creature before it's too late.
