Pepo Gonzalez, an ordinary citizen, unemployed, come to where ever imagined. Fate brings him against an unscrupulous former political adviser, wounded in his professional ego, which seeks to prove that she is the best political strategist. His plan: to select a total stranger, without qualities or political lineage and take the Capitol during one of the most important elections in the history of Puerto Rico.
