The film picks up after the end of part one. Hicks sister has been kidnapped. John, Anthony, Hicks and with the help of Johns girlfriend - Danielle they band together to find and Save Megan before its too late. Scar now has a few more goons with him and Anthony's Girlfriend gets caught in the crossfire. The question is who will survive the Bloodshed.
