But a call from the employment office tears the unemployed toolmaker, who lives with his wife Erika in the arbor of his allotment garden, suddenly out of the idyll: Strunz lives on the support and therefore has to accept every "reasonable" job - including that of the country father. Because three weeks before the election, Prime Minister Uwe Achimsen had to go to the clinic with a suspected heart attack.
